Custom design
RedBox adapts to your situation with a modular reactor system. From the RB100 reactor with a capacity of up to 300 l/h to the RB1000 reactor treating up to 3,000 l/h, you can easily increase capacity by adding an additional reactor. Every Morselt RedBox is compact in design, space saving and fits easily within your facility. Install the RedBox in your production hall or deploy it as a mobile container solution.
Automatic control
Morselt RedBox offers a fully automated solution for your water treatment that can be seamlessly integrated into most processes. Even without knowledge of wastewater treatment, you can benefit from our user friendly technology. Chemical free water treatment for your business
Electrocoagulation is a proven technique for wastewater treatment, based on electrochemical technology. Electrodes in the wastewater release ions that bind contaminants. This causes flocs to form, which can be easily separated from the water. The contaminants are captured in a compact filter cake, while the treated water can be reused or discharged.
