Uninterrupted filtration for continuous operation
The dynamic sand filter is the first choice when your production process cannot afford filtration downtime. Unlike conventional fixed-bed filters, this system operates continuously: the filter sand is washed continuously during operation, backwashing is not part of the normal cycle, and your filtration stream continues without interruption.
Continuous sand washing without manual intervention
The operating principle is simple and effective: water flows upward through the sand bed, while an airlift pump powered by compressed air transports loaded sand upward to an integrated sand washer. There, solids and flocs are separated. The cleaned sand falls back into the filter and the process repeats continuously. No external backwash water buffer, no switching valves and no expensive blowers are required.
Stainless steel or GRP, with minimal wear
The filter system is available in durable materials optimized for aggressive media. Pneumatic control of the compressed air supply allows the sand washing intensity to be precisely adjusted to the actual contamination load. And because there are no rotating components in the filter bed, the need for a large stock of spare parts is minimized.
